Rosa Mayorga has research interests in pragmatism, metaphysics, medieval philosophy,
philosophy of religion, and moral philosophy. Her book, From Realism to Realicism:
on the Metaphysics of Charles Peirce was published in February 2007. Recent work includes
two articles published in The Transactions of the Charles S. Peirce Society, where she
has also been invited to serve as Guest Editor, and is now a member of the Executive
Committee, and articles published in the Spanish journals Anthropos and Anuario Filosofico.
She was a delegate to the Round Table on Diversity at Oxford, has presented conferences
on Peirce in the University of Navarre and the University of Granada, and has been invited
to present in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She just returned from
presenting papers at the World Congress of Semiotics in Helsinki, Finland and at the
American and European Values Conference in Opole, Poland in the summer.
